30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with any original seals intact. Sale items are eligible under the same conditions. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Free returns
We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns from the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. We do not charge return-shipping or restocking fees for these returns.
How to start a return
- Email hello@noveliqo.com within the return window with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will email you return instructions, a prepaid label and the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely and keep your carrier receipt and tracking details.
Please contact us before sending a return. Do not send items to our business mailing address unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.
Refunds
We will confirm receipt and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If a shorter refund deadline applies under consumer law, we will follow that deadline.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, arrange a return under this policy and place a new order for the replacement. Contact us if you need help selecting the replacement size or option.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the problem. We will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. The 30-day window and unopened-item or unused-item conditions do not restrict statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
United Kingdom customers
Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving your order and then have a further 14 days to return it. We refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Any legally permitted deduction for handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and function will be explained. Our 30-day policy is additional to your statutory rights.
How to exercise your UK cancellation right
You can cancel by emailing a clear statement to hello@noveliqo.com. You do not need our approval or a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required. For an order delivered in separate goods, the statutory cancellation period generally starts when you receive the last goods.

Australian customers
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. This policy does not exclude those rights.
