Delivery destinations
Noveliqo currently accepts delivery orders to the United States through checkout. Delivery to the United Kingdom and Australia is not currently available. We will update this policy when those destinations become available.
United States shipping charges
Our current checkout settings offer Standard shipping at US$8 and free Standard shipping when the qualifying order value is US$70 or more. Review the available options and final shipping charge for your address and basket before payment. Discounts can affect eligibility for an order-value shipping offer.
Processing and delivery times
Processing is the time before dispatch; transit is the time a parcel travels after dispatch. Timing varies by product, supplier and destination. A single delivery-time range is not currently published for our full catalog. Before ordering for a particular date, contact hello@noveliqo.com with the product, selected option and destination postcode for the applicable processing and delivery estimate.
Where orders ship from
We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may ship from locations outside the United States. Our business mailing address is not necessarily a warehouse or dispatch location. Contact us before purchase if you need the dispatch country for a particular item.
Tracking and separate parcels
Use the order-status link in your order confirmation. Your shipping confirmation provides a carrier tracking link when tracking is available. Products fulfilled by different partners may arrive separately. A tracking number may take time to show its first carrier scan.
Delays, missing parcels and cancellation
If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will contact you with the revised information and the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Where consent to a delay is required, we will obtain it or cancel and refund the affected order. Contact us if a parcel is missing or arrives damaged. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier; this does not limit your statutory rights.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable charges collected by Noveliqo are displayed at checkout. Shipping origin and customs treatment can vary by item. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about potential import charges for your selected product. We do not currently offer UK or Australian checkout delivery.
