Billing & Payments

Noveliqo uses Shopify checkout. The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device and payment-provider eligibility.

Order totals

Review your selected products, quantities, currency, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before submitting payment. The final amount displayed at checkout is the amount you authorize.

Payment confirmation

After placing an order, check your confirmation email for the order details. If a payment fails, check your billing information or contact your payment provider. Please do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords to our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our return and refund policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
